LOTUSVALE SERIES 22.08.25 – 24.08.25
Timeline:
Seid gegrüßt liebe Magic-Community,
wie in der Timeline bereit angekündigt, kommt heute die erste größere Ankündigung bezüglich der vierten Iteration der LotusVale Series (22-24 August 2025).
Im Folgenden wollen wir euch anhand von 7 Punkten kurz aufzeigen, was euch auf der Series alles erwartet. Da, wo wir können, gehen wir mehr ins Detail, bei anderen Punkten können wir erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt alle Informationen teilen. Präzisere Informationen wie etwa zu den Turnierpreisen oder dem Playmatmotiv erwarten euch spätestens am 1 Juli.
1. Halle
Wie immer findet die LotusVale Series in den Flottmann-Hallen in Herne statt.

Öffnungszeiten während der Series:
Freitag: 15:00 – 21:00 Uhr
Samstag: 09:00 – 21:00 Uhr
Sonntag: 09:00 – 21:00 Uhr
2. Tickets
Die Tickets für die kommende Series werden ab Donnerstag, dem 15.05.25, wie gewohnt in unserem Ticketshop zu kaufen sein (unter https://lotusvaleseries.ticket.io/). Es wird ebenfalls möglich sein, die Tickets bei uns im Laden oder an unserem Stand bei der Bottropseries zu erwerben.
An dieser Stelle zwei Anmerkungen:
– Die Zahlungsanbieter – sowie Plattformengebühren übernehmen wir
– Es wird für alle Tickets einen vergünstigten „Early Bird“ Preis geben, alle Infos hierzu am 10.05.
3. Turniere / Events
Uns ist es wichtig, dass die Spieler bei fairen Preisen und fairem Umgang ihrem Hobby nachgehen können, ganz egal ob casual oder kompetitiv. Wir setzen großes Vertrauen in unsere lokale sowie die gesamte Magic-Community und hoffen, dass wir mit eurer Unterstützung ein für alle tolles Event auf die Beine stellen können.
An dieser Stelle können wir schon mal verraten, dass es an allen drei Tagen eine CommandZone geben wird. Es wird außerdem drei Mainevents sowie drei Sideevents am Samstag und Sonntag geben und selbstverständlich bleibt das Team Trios Turnier am Freitag in den Formaten Modern und Pioneer bestehen.

4. Sponsoren
Wir hoffen, dass cardmarket sowie Ultimate Guard abermals die Series sponsorn werden und stehen mit den Verantwortlichen in Kontakt. Weitere Informationen werden zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt geteilt.
5. Künstler
Als Neuheit für die kommende Series haben wir uns vorgenommen, mehrere Künstler einzuladen, die mit einem eigenen Stand die Series bereichern. Neben dem Signieren von Karten erwarten euch auch andere Angebote seitens der Künstler. Momentan stehen wir mit vielen verschiedenen Künstlern im Austausch und können euch erst am 1. Juli mehr sagen.
6. Playmat
Wie bei jeder Series wird es eine eigene Playmat zur Series mit einem neuen Motiv geben. Als kleinen Spoiler können wir jetzt schon verraten, dass die kommende Playmat kein Landschaftsmotiv darstellt, sondern mehr mit der Community und dem Austragungsort zu tun haben wird.
7. Stream
Last but not least: Beide Mainevents in der Haupthalle am Samstag und Sonntag werden auf Twitch gestreamt.
Als Kommentatoren an beiden Tagen konnten wir wieder Lars Henrichvark sowie Pascal Pütter gewinnen.

Greetings dear Magic community,
As already announced in the timeline, today comes the first major announcement regarding the fourth iteration of the LotusVale Series (August 22-24, 2025).
In the following, we would like to give you a brief overview of what you can expect at the Series based on 7 points. Where we can, we will go into more detail, for other points we will only be able to share all the information at a later date. More precise information, such as the tournament prizes or the Playmat motif, will be available on July 1st at the latest.
1. hall
As always, the LotusVale Series will take place in the Flottmann-Hallen in Herne.

Opening hours during the Series:
Friday: 15:00 – 21:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 21:00
Sunday: 09:00 – 21:00
2. tickets
Tickets for the upcoming series will be available for purchase as usual in our ticket store from Thursday, 15.05.25 (at https://lotusvaleseries.ticket.io/). It will also be possible to purchase tickets in our store or at our stand at the Bottropseries.
Two notes at this point:
– We will cover the payment provider and platform fees
– There will be a discounted “Early Bird” price for all tickets, all information will be available on 10.05.
3. tournaments / events
It is important to us that players can pursue their hobby with fair prices and fair treatment, whether casual or competitive. We have great faith in our local and the entire Magic community and hope that with your support we can put on a great event for everyone.
At this point, we can already reveal that there will be a CommandZone on all three days. There will also be three main events and three side events on Saturday and Sunday and, of course, the Team Trios tournament on Friday in the Modern and Pioneer formats will continue.

4. sponsors
We hope that cardmarket and Ultimate Guard will once again sponsor the series and are in contact with those responsible. Further information will be shared at a later date.
5. artists
As a novelty for the upcoming series, we have decided to invite several artists who will enrich the series with their own booth. In addition to signing cards, you can also expect other offers from the artists. We are currently in contact with many different artists and will only be able to tell you more on July 1st.
6. Playmat
As with every series, there will be a separate Playmat for the series with a new motif. As a small spoiler, we can already reveal that the upcoming Playmat will not be a landscape motif, but will have more to do with the community and the venue.
7. stream
Last but not least: Both main events in the main hall on Saturday and Sunday will be streamed on Twitch.
As commentators on both days we could win Lars Henrichvark and Pascal Pütter again.
